You can expect honest conversations, intuitive support, and personalized steps that align with where you are. Holistic nutrition looks at the whole person: body, mind, and lifestyle. It’s about nourishing yourself in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with your unique needs. As a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP), I support your well-being by looking at your full picture: what you eat, how you feel, and how you live. Through personalized guidance, I help you make sustainable nutrition and lifestyle shifts that align with your values and goals. This can include: • Supporting digestive health, energy, mood, and hormonal balance • Creating personalized wellness plans rooted in real food and holistic living • Helping you build daily habits that nourish your body and mind • Offering education, encouragement, and practical tools What I don’t do: I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I am not a medical doctor or dietitian. Instead, I collaborate with you to empower your wellness through natural, lifestyle-based approaches.

I also offer caregiver-focused guidance around children’s wellness, including support for picky eating, digestion, ADHD, and emotional regulation.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Insurance & Coverage for Holistic Nutrition Services

Some extended health insurance plans may offer reimbursement for Holistic Nutrition, Nutritional Counselling, or services provided by a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP). The following insurance providers are known to recognize RHNPs or similar designations under certain group benefit plans:

IMPORTANT: Not all plans include coverage for Holistic Nutrition. It is the responsibility of the client to verify their individual plan benefits directly with their insurance provider before beginning sessions.

When contacting your provider, be sure to ask specifically about coverage for:
 • Holistic Nutritionist
 • Natural Nutrition
 • Nutritional Counselling

In Ontario, the term “Nutritionist” is a protected title reserved for Registered Dietitians. To avoid confusion and ensure accurate information, always refer to the title Holistic Nutritionist when speaking to your insurance company.
